Our Founder

Yasushi Kondo (1961~)

From Hokkaido, Japan, Yasushi Kondo is an Electronics Engineering alumnus from the Kitami Institute of Technology. After working for Nissho Iwai Group’s Nissho Electronics Corporation (TSE 1st).

Started an IT venture company and achieved sales of 1.8 billion yen in the second term, then garnered rapid growth of 5.4 billion yen in the third term. The company gained media recognition and played a part in the IT venture boom.

Our History :-

Tokyo Tec was the fruit of an IT venture company by Kondo which initially invested in many ventures providing management and financial support.
Later, it established a coconut biodiesel business in the Philippines which garnered a joint-venture agreement with the Philippine Department of National and Environmental Resources (DENR) and the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) for a coconut plantation project in Northern Philippines.

The company grew and began to diversify by starting a joint exploration of a nickel mine in Surigao, Philippines with ITOCHU Corporation.

Other Ventures :-

Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Forestry Agency commissioned Tokyo Tech to research agriculture in Asia. –
Installation of a test plant for processing and fermenting food waste in the Philippines-

Offered consultancy services for dispatching human resources from the Philippines to Japan in cooperation with Create Lab-

Received an order from a major Japanese renewable energy company to conduct a study on starting up a biodiesel business in the Philippines.-

Received orders for petroleum products from China and Myanmar-

Establishment of a company to extract river gravel from the Philippines (in partnership with OMNICO)-

Consultancy services on BPO in the Philippines –
Engaged in mining development in the Philippines (Santa Cruz, San Barrel Province, etc.)-
Received an order from a major Japanese renewable energy company to conduct a study on starting up a biodiesel business in the Philippines.
